Founded in 2024, Cristina’s lifelong love of books, her personal journey with epilepsy, and encouragement from a friend inspired her to finally pursue her dream of writing children’s books.

This journey of self-discovery helped her realize the profound

importance of self-love,

which became the heartfelt mission of her first book,

About Cristina Terrazas

Today, I am a children’s author and the creator of Lifeimals Village, before I was building stories for children, I was living through a journey that tested every part of me.

Seizures did not only affect my body. They touched my emotions, my mind, my confidence, and my sense of safety.

One of the most difficult moments of my life came when I suffered a tonic-clonic seizure (grand-mal) while crossing a major intersection in Lake Worth, FL. A stranger stepped in to help me, and years later I was able to share my search for that person publicly, hoping to one day say thank you face to face, https://www.wflx.com/2024/02/10/woman-searches-lake-worth-beach-hero-decade-later/

I hope that individual knows how truly grateful I am for helping me.

Moving forward was not easy. For a long time, it felt impossible. I learned that healing is real, and that moving forward is worth it.

About eight years ago, I had a left temporal lobe resection, and I have not had a seizure since. The photo attached was taken after surgery, when I was simply grateful to be able to tell my family and friends that I was okay.

What was once a place of uncertainty in my life has become a place of healing and hope.

Today, that hope lives in my work building Lifeimals Village.
